Service Description

Lymphatic drainage helps the body to flush out toxins, boosting immune response, reducing inflammation and enhancing oxygenation. Gentle pressure is applied, shifting the skin with a series of rythmic movements in certain areas and directions to encourage drainage towards the lymphatic nodes. MLD can produce many physiological benefits whilst being very relaxing and bringing a wonderful sense of well being.
